Former Sports Cabinet Secretary Hassan Wario, now Kenya's ambassador to Austria, and former president of the National Olympic Committee of Kenya (Nock) Kipchoge Keino have been given until Thursday to surrender to police over the 2016 Olympic Games financial scandal.
The two were among four officials who did not appear in court to plead to graft-related charges over alleged misappropriation of funds.
On Monday, former Sports PS Richard Ekai and former Nock officials Stephen Soi and Francis Kinyili were freed on a cash bail of Sh1m each after being charged with graft-related offenses.
The three have also been ordered to deposit their passports with the court.
Mr Ekai was set to travel to Russia to take up his ambassadorial duties.
Now, Mr Wario and the three others have until 6am on Thursday to surrender to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations upon which they will appear in court on Friday for plea taking.
The court was informed that Mr Keino is out of the country.
