NAIROBI, Kenya, June 14 – National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich will this afternoon outline how the government will finance a record Sh3.072 trillion budget for the financial year 2018/2019 against projected tax revenue of Sh1.9 trillion.

Tax experts, Ann Magondu from EY and Edna Gitachu of PwC say Rotich has few and hard options of increasing revenue collection without hurting taxpayers.
