Uhuru, Ruto get scared by pastor's choice of Bible verse during Kamaru's burial

President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto were among thousands of Kenyans who attended the funeral ceremony of fallen legendary held on Thursday, October 11, at Muthithi PCEA Secondary School in Kigumo Constituency, Murang'a.
While there, the two leaders were touched by a summon delivered by Bishop Harrison Ng'ang'a of the Christian Foundation Fellowship Church.
In his summon drawn from 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, the bishop made it clear that many people will be shocked to remain here in earth as others go to heaven.
Following the summon, Uhuru and Ruto feared they could left out from the list of people who will go to heaven and jokingly cracked mourners as they stood to address them.
On his part, Uhuru claimed he was forced to turn to Ruto during the summon to inquire from him whether he was ready and would make it to heaven.
On Ruto's side, the deputy president claimed he was confident he was on the right path and on his way to heaven but panicked immediately after the summon
Ruto held that he is ready to review his spiritual journey and change where possible.
Other leaders present at the funeral included Raila Odinga .
