- Ronaldo has reportedly told his agent to fast track his move to Manchester United

- The Real Madrid talisman has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu

- The Portuguese striker helped Real Madrid win their third straight Champions Legue title

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has ordered agent Jorge Mendes to sort out a transfer to Manchester United, Daily Star has reported.

The Portugal international sparked rumours regarding his future following the Champions League final win over Liverpool in Kiev.

And now Spanish media outlet, Don Balon, claim Julen Lopetegui's appointment as the new Los Blancos boss has not gone down well with Ronaldo.

The 33-year-old is said to believe that the club are repeating the mistake they made when they hired Rafa Benitez a few years ago.

Lopetegui was on Wednesday, June 13 sacked as the Spain manager just a day before the World Cup after accepting to coach Real Madrid next season.

Interestingly, Mendes is both the agent for Ronaldo and the future Los Blancos manager.

However Ronaldo is said to have made up his mind and wants to leave the Spanish capital for a return to Manchester.

The former Sporting Lisbon ace is also unhappy at comments Lopetegui has made regarding Lionel Messi in the past, when he asserted that the Argentinian is the best player in the world.

PAY ATTENTION:

Ronaldo was once again in stunning form for Los Blancos last season netting 44 goals in all competitions, with Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho said to be keen on a reunion with his fellow countryman.

The Portuguese left the Theatre of Dreams back in 2009 and has gone on to win the Ballon d’Or on five occasions.
