Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez, declined a £25 million bid by Manchester United. Sanchez is more adamant to see through a move to rivals Manchester City and re-unite with his former Barcelona boss Guardiola. Sanchez was offered £20 million by noisy neighbours City to see him finally make his long anticipated move away from Emirates Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez, cold shouldered Manchester united’s £25 million bid in an attempt to force through a transfer to rivals Manchester City. The highly sought after Chilean is eager to reunite with former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola, in a move that is most likely to be successfully completed this time round. City had earlier offered Sanchez £20 million to drop Emirates for Etihad stadium, but Manchester United, keen to sabotage the deal offered £ 25 million for the 29 year old. United’s boss Jose Mourinho, was ready to swap Henkikh Mikhtaryan for the flashy forward, but according to a recent report made by the Guardian, Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger will not sell Sanchez this month unless they can sign a replacement for him. “Look, honestly, I cannot tell you much at the moment about this situation. Nothing is really concrete at the moment,” the Arsenal manager told the Guardian. Arsenal had previously accepted a £ 60 million move made by City last summer, only to reconsider in the last minute, after talks with French side Monaco to sign Thomas Lemar failed to go through.
